At Sable De Paradis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Kindly note that for international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We are pleased to offer exchanges within three days of receiving your product. To qualify for an exchange, the product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our support team within the specified time frame.
